Great to meet you!

Your hands are full right now: the anxiety that hums under everything, the stress of juggling relationships, career, and the self-care that keeps slipping to the bottom of your list. Maybe a transition has left you questioning who you are, or you're grieving the loss of someone you love, a relationship, or a future you'd imagined. Wherever you are, you don't have to carry it alone. I work with individuals through these moments, with a particular focus on women's health and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I see you as the expert in your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, not to direct you. Sessions are led with warmth and real respect for who you are, so they feel less like being analyzed and more like being understood. We will gently explore how earlier experiences impact your current functioning and build from the strengths you already have rather than focusing only on what's wrong. I also draw on DBT, CBT, and solution-focused strategies to tailor our work to your goals.

What you can expect from me

Feeling a little nervous before a first session is completely normal, and there's no pressure to have it all figured out. We will mostly get to know each other: what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, and the start of a plan that fits your life. Everything is fully virtual, so you can settle in wherever feels most comfortable.
