I am a native of Alabama originally, but now reside in Florida. No matter where I go, my accent will always betray me. I enjoy meeting and talking to people, as well as helping them to learn how to love and care for themselves. I am also a big fan of "embracing your weird and making it work for you".
I tend to use a multimodal approach, trying to find the right fit based on the individual client's needs. Two of my favorite modalities to use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My goal for my clients is for them to always walk away feeling supported and knowing that someone cares for them.
