Great to meet you!

Because One Size Does Not Fit All when it comes to therapy, I believe that everyone needs to fill their emotional toolbox with tools that work for them. I have been a licensed social worker for over 20 years and leveled up my licensure to the clinical level approximately 2 years ago. I have a Masters in social work from Spalding University. I hold specialty certifications in case management and clinical trauma work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use both a faith-based perspective and evidence-based practice strategies to tailor your therapy experience to your unique personality and way of dealing with emotions or struggles that you may encounter in life.

What you can expect from our first session

When meeting with clients for the first time I do ask that they complete some pre-work rating various symptoms and behaviors. This helps us use our time together more efficiently. When following up with clients I typically will provide a resource or exercise for them to complete in-between sessions.
