Great to meet you!
- I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in mental health, addiction recovery, grief support, crisis intervention, and performance coaching. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years helping people create meaningful change through high performance coaching, fitness, nutrition, and behavior change work, which gives me a unique perspective on both emotional healing and sustainable personal growth.
- I specialize in helping adolescents, emerging adults, and women who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients are students, dancers, athletes, performers, helping professionals, and other high-achieving individuals who are used to pushing themselves hard but are finding that what once worked is no longer sustainable.
- Many of the people I work with feel stuck between who they've been and who they're becoming. They may be navigating identity shifts, career changes, grief, burnout, body image concerns, or difficulty trusting themselves. They often tell me they're tired of carrying everything on their own and want a space where they can finally stop performing and simply be human.
- I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and individuals seeking a therapy experience that feels affirming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be fully yourself while developing practical tools that help you move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and self-trust.
