Great to meet you!

If you're a high-achiever who's quietly running on empty.. a dancer, athlete, student, performer, or helping professional who's used to pushing through.. You may have hit the point where what once worked just isn't working anymore.

I work with adolescents, emerging adults, & women navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, life transitions, and identity shifts. Many of my clients are driven people who are great at showing up for everyone else but haven't had a space where they can finally put all of that down and just be human.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in high-performance coaching, fitness, and behavior change work. That background shapes how I think about healing. It's not just about processing pain, it's about building something more sustainable on the other side.

I also work with many LGBTQIA+ clients and am committed to creating a space that's genuinely affirming, collaborative, and nonjudgmental.

My approach to therapy

I believe symptoms usually make sense when we understand the experiences, environments, and expectations that shaped them. Rather than focusing on what's "wrong," I help clients understand what's happening beneath the surface and build healthier ways of responding.

My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. We balance emotional processing with concrete tools you can actually use between sessions, because insight without application only goes so far.

I don't believe therapy is about "fixing" you. More often, it's about helping you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with your strengths, and build a life that actually feels aligned with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. We'll talk about what brought you in, what you're up against right now, and what you'd want life to look/feel like if therapy worked.

I'll ask about your history, your strengths, and your goals, not to run through a checklist, but to understand your specific experience.

Many clients tell me they leave the first session feeling like they can finally exhale! You don't have to perform, have all the answers, or hold it together here. That's the whole point! We'll end by mapping out priorities and a plan that feels realistic and actually fits your life.
