Great to meet you!

I have my MA in Counseling & a PhD In Forensic Psychology. I am a LPC with a wide range of experience with multiple backgrounds. I started with male corrections, with mental health, trauma, substance use, and dual diagnosis. I have individual, family and group experience with teens in trafficking, trauma, sexual abuse, substance use, depression, anxiety, & relationships. With their families I helped them build stronger relationships, work through shared trauma, and build effective communication.

My approach to therapy

For 8 years I've been focused on helping people heal safely and effectively. I believe that change is always possible, and it's my passion to walk with you through the process. My work history helped steer me to working with trauma, which can be many different things. As a therapist, it's my job to provide a safe environment to process and heal. I have experience with depression, anxiety, codependency, self-esteem, addiction, crisis management, adults, children and families.

What you can expect from me

Clients will leave my sessions feeling supported and heard. My passion is to walk with them through their journey and help them heal.
