Hello and WELCOME to Headway. My name is Crystal I am happy to discuss your stated needs of therapy! As an LPC in Virginia with over 7 years of counseling experience, I have a strong passion for helping clients with many issues such as PTSD , MST, other military related issues, stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, depression and many other unwanted symptoms/ behaviors. I collaborate with my clients to create a strong therapeutic alliance that can enable them to feel comfortable in sharing their thoughts and feelings without fear. Your decision to seek out assistance can become a life altering event for you. Your choices can lay the foundation that brings more fulfilling meaning and purpose to you.

I believe that individuals deserve treatment plans that cater to their specific goals/needs. My approach to therapy includes ,but is not limited to,utilizing solution focused, person centered, CBT and narrative talk therapies.

Our first session will be a collaborative meet and greet where we will discover new paths, actions and treatment modalities that can benefit you in your life endeavors. I firmly believe my clients, you, are fully capable of learning new ways of coping/ managing the symptoms of a diagnoses or any one of lifes hurdles. You have the ability to search within yourself to make decisions that can positively affect your existence. As your therapist, I will provide a new platform for you to do just that.
