Great to meet you!

Congratulations on your courageous decision to seek help! Self-awareness is the first step to change and I go above and beyond to help those like you who choose to actively help themselves. Understand that the path to self-discovery and growth is not easy. It involves commitment, personal investment, and a desire to delve into the process of growth, healing, and self-love.

My approach to therapy

Psychotherapy is my “calling”, you could say, and I incorporate evidence-based practices including CBT, CPT, REBT, Affirmative Therapy and others as deemed helpful. We can learn to control how we feel , we can learn to control how we think and behave, leading to better problem-solving and decision-making across the life span, thus abundant quality of life.

What you can expect from me

I am honored to have your trust in my ability to help you work to build skills and strategies that lead to well-being, peace of mind, and self-fulfillment. I believe trust is a gift, the foundation of a strong therapeutic relationship, and I hold it sacred. After all, if you trust me enough to share your innermost pain and vulnerability, then I have a responsibility to offer my non-judgmental empathy to guide you toward realizing your best possible self!
