Great to meet you!

I received my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University. I am able to meet individuals, couples, and families where they are, whether this is their first encounter with therapy or have pervious experience. My ability to be empathic and non bias provides a comfortable and safe space to explore the self and relationships.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a very individual process and should be approached in that way. I am well-versed in many different therapeutic techniques and will use the technique that is most beneficial to the individual in their needs. I am flexible within my approach in order to create a comfortable and safe environment for the client to explore what works for them and what does not.

What you can expect from me

My first priority with each and every client that I encounter is that regardless they leave the experience with me with a positive perspective on the benefits of therapy. My goal is that each person I work with leave therapy feeling educated, encouraged, and competent to face life challenges. I also strive to have a positive relationship with my clients where they feel safe to come back to therapy or do maintenance check ins as needed.
