Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Crystal Cross. I strive to build a safe and open environment, where you can tell your story, feel understood and begin to establish life-giving choices and relationships.

I practice from an attachment/emotion-focused and trauma-informed perspective. I am trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Psychotherapy for the resolution of trauma. I also offer an integrated Christian, faith-based approach for those who desire it.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults to address depression, anxiety, low self-worth, family conflict/codependency and substance abuse. I am experienced in helping individuals learn how to reconnect with themselves and others, resolve trauma and shame, grow into new thought processes, and begin to feel wholehearted again.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is gentle and compassionate while being able to also provide honest, direct feedback. You can expect a growth-oriented and safe therapy experience. Whether you are needing to grieve a great loss, troubleshoot a relational issue, find a new way to navigate that addiction or untangle childhood wounds to take hold of brighter days, I commit to standing with you.
