Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over seven years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, trauma, depression, parenting challenges and major life changes. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be yourself, feel understood and talk openly without fear of judgment. I tailor therapy to each client’s individual needs and goals, combining practical tools with a compassionate, strengths-based approach. My hope is that you leave therapy feeling more confident, supported and equipped to navigate whatever life brings your way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical and strengths based. I use a combination of approaches, including DBT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, EMDR and Person-Centered Therapy, depending on what fits your needs and goals. I believe our experiences can shape how we see ourselves and the world and therapy can be an opportunity to better understand those patterns, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change. I’ll work alongside you to find strategies that feel realistic and helpful in your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other and making sure therapy feels like a good fit. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to get from therapy and what has been going on in your life, without feeling like you need to have the “right” answers. I’ll ask questions, listen and help us identify where it makes the most sense to start. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, comfortable and with a clearer sense of what we can work on together.
