Great to meet you!

We use a collaborative approach to identify and then build from your existing strengths. I have a variety of experience working with individuals in varying populations. Groups that see the most positive outcomes from working with me are those working to make strengths of anxiety, those that see the world through a neurodivergent lens, and those within the LGBTQ+ community.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a collaborative approach based in Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. We work together to identify items that are important to you and how to take actionable steps in that direction. I try to create a very open and non judgmental space for sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

The decision to enter into therapy can be a difficult one. We take a humorous approach to countering the negative thoughts that can keep us limited in our lives. We also work with specific, actionable steps that feel comfortable to you.
