Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with a passion for helping people grow into their most authentic selves while navigating the real challenges of everyday life. I work with clients who are managing big emotions, feeling stuck, or struggling in their relationships and sense of self. I use a blend of DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy to help you make sense of your past, understand your patterns, and build new ways of coping so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’re in this together. I’m here to support and guide you, not to judge or tell you who you “should” be. Clients often describe me as warm, empowering, and down-to-earth. I pay attention to both your struggles and your strengths, and I’ll help you find ways to honor your emotions while also gaining more control over how they show up in your life. I tailor my approach to each person because I believe everyone’s story and needs are different. Above all, I want you to feel safe, understood, and encouraged to create the life and relationships that feel right for you.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, you can expect a space where you feel welcomed, respected, and heard. I’ll ask about who you are, what you’ve been struggling with, and what makes you unique, and you’ll have plenty of room to share what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll start to identify the areas you want to focus on and collaborate on clear, realistic goals so that our work is grounded from the very beginning. My aim is for you to leave that first session feeling like you have an ally and a solid foundation to build on.
