I enjoy serving individuals, ages 16+, experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD and those with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am empathetic, caring, and rely on humor to assist with building rapport and trust.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I rely heavily on CBT, client and solution focused therapies. Strategies used vary based on individual client needs, but may include problem-solving, homework, understanding the relationships between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, as well as focusing on the present.
