Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist trained in substance use recovery, with a clinical focus on anxiety, self-esteem, and attachment-related issues. I use a person-centered, interpersonal, and systems-informed approach to support clients in building insight and emotional stability. I have experience across private practice, intensive outpatient, and residential settings working with individuals, couples, and families. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, person-centered approach that integrates interpersonal, somatic, and systems-based perspectives. I support clients in building self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical coping tools while also exploring the deeper layers of their emotional and relational experiences. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and aligned with yourself and your life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take time to build rapport and begin understanding what brings you to therapy, along with your strengths and goals. I take a warm, collaborative approach and believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change.

We'll begin identifying what you'd like to work on and start outlining a treatment plan that fits your needs. I view you as the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you in deepening insight and creating meaningful progress.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
