Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Crystal.

Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. I believe therapy begins with feeling comfortable enough to be yourself while working with someone who genuinely wants to understand your experience.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, stress, or a major life transition, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. I work alongside my clients to better understand their experiences, recognize their strengths, and develop tools that support meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we'll identify what matters most to you and use approaches that best support your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to achieve, and answer any questions you may have.

There is no pressure to share everything at once. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while beginning to identify your priorities and goals for therapy. My hope is that you'll leave with greater clarity and a sense of what comes next.
