Great to meet you!

You are a woman who trauma, mental health, unhealthy coping and toxic relationships, have tried to break. You continue to rise with every fall and you become stronger each time yet you are tired of doing it all alone. It is hard to continue to love yourself and what matters with constant storms that make you doubt yourself. Let us unearth your power and wisdom to remove the blocks from the past and present and move you into your future of being perfectly changed by crisis, perfectly you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I will walk alongside you and guide you as the expert of your own life and experiences. We will work together to help you feel confident in your own ability to make decisions for your life, relationships, and goals. We will work on skills to help you navigate painful memories and emotions and learn ways to cope that get you closer to being the woman you are.

What you can expect from our first session

I have many lived experiences of my own which allows me to sit with you in any pain or discomfort and not be afraid to join you there and support you. You are not alone this time. I am here to create a safe and loving space for you. I'm laid back, easy going and hope to have many moments of joy and humor as we work through the pain.
