Great to meet you!
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and I strive to meet each client where they are with curiosity, empathy, and respect. Together, we can work toward feeling more grounded, confident, connected, and empowered in your relationships and in your life.
I earned my B.A. in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and my M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University. Outside of therapy, I’m very family-oriented and love spending time with the people closest to me. I’m also a sports lover and enjoy watching and cheering on my favorite teams. One of my favorite parts of life is spending time with my dog, who is definitely a big part of my family. I value the importance of finding balance, staying connected to the people and things we love, and making room for joy in everyday life.
