Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, depression, stress, or life's many responsibilities leave you feeling emotionally exhausted and unsure of where to turn. You may be struggling with self-esteem, relationship challenges, work stress, family demands, major life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected from the version of yourself you want to be. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress management concerns, women's issues, maternal mental health challenges, self-esteem difficulties, relationship issues, trauma, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy seeking support, clarity, and practical tools to help them regain balance and confidence. Together, we'll create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you can better understand your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate life's challenges while creating meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping clients create meaningful growth through evidence-based care and practical support. I believe therapy should provide both insight and actionable strategies that can improve daily functioning and emotional well-being. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches to tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. In our work together, we may explore anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, family dynamics, relationship challenges, trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Therapy is designed to help you identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, build confidence, and develop practical solutions that support long-term emotional wellness and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged throughout the therapeutic process. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is important to me, and I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges while feeling safe enough to grow and heal. Together, we'll identify meaningful goals and develop practical strategies that help you move forward with confidence. Through therapy, you may experience reduced anxiety and stress, improved self-esteem, healthier relationships, stronger emotional resilience, and a greater sense of balance and well-being. My goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and supported as you navigate life's challenges and create positive change.
