Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dually licensed in California and Florida. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work from George Mason University in 2018 and have worked in the mental health field since 2016.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and individuals from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities across a variety of settings, including outpatient, school-based, intensive in-home, community-based, therapeutic day treatment, and residential programs.

I believe that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, and break patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're facing anxiety, past trauma, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, I'm here to help you move toward meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized to your unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic approaches to help you better understand yourself, process life's challenges, and build lasting coping skills.

I also incorporate body-based techniques to help you reconnect with your body's wisdom, strengthen emotional regulation, and foster healing from the inside out.

When working with caregivers and families, I integrate parent management strategies and a strengths-based approach to promote healthy relationships, build resilience, and support growth across generations.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll take some time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, challenges, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll begin identifying what you'd like to work toward and create a personalized plan to guide our future sessions. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead
