Great to meet you!

I graduated from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in 2014 with my Doctor of Psychology, where I specialized in child and adolescent assessment and therapy. I chose this specialty because I am passionate about helping children and adolescents find their voices; I believe in the healing power of therapy, for all ages. Since graduation, I have expanded my training and experience to include a wide variety of techniques and modalities that are applicable to all ages.

My approach to therapy

I offer a highly individualized approach to meet the specific needs of my clients, and, when working with children, I work collaboratively with parents throughout the process. I utilize a variety of interventions, ranging from non-directive to directive and drawing from an array of theories, including play, sandtray, person-centered, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I strive to stay current with research and am always expanding my therapeutic toolbox to include new evidence-based strategies.

What you can expect from me

I can help guide you every step of the way towards the balance and happiness you desire for yourself and/or your family. In a safe, accepting, and judgement-free space, you (or your child/teen) can express yourself fully, while finding your unique pathway to long-lasting health and well-being. If you are looking for a warm, down-to-earth therapist, who will offer highly compassionate and personalized support, please reach out today to get started.
