Great to meet you!

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re used to being the one who holds everything together. Many of the people I work with are young professionals, new moms, and high-achieving women who look like they’re managing fine on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or stretched thin on the inside.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in working with adults who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the pressure to keep up with work, relationships, and family responsibilities. I also work with women adjusting to motherhood, postpartum changes, and the emotional load that comes with caring for everyone else while trying not to lose yourself.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, we focus on helping you slow down, understand what your mind and body are reacting to, and develop tools that actually work in real life. My approach is warm, practical, and insight-oriented. Some sessions focus on coping skills and stress management, while others go deeper into patterns related to perfectionism, trauma, identity, or feeling like you always have to be the strong one.

Clients often come to me for help with:

• Anxiety and overthinking

• Burnout and work stress

• Life transitions

• Postpartum and new motherhood

• Relationship stress

• High-functioning anxiety

• Feeling overwhelmed but not sure why

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all together. Therapy is the place where you finally get to exhale.
