Graduated with my Bachelors from the University at Albany and then completed both my masters programs at Grand Canyon University and Sage College of Graduates. My professional setting has been working with adolescents and juveniles in correctional facilities. I focus of crisis intervention, family dynamics and mental health issues from adolescents to adults.

The most essential part of therapy is building a healthy relationship with the client. That involves listening and knowing when to interject, establishing healthy boundaries and informing clients of the process of therapy.

Individual sessions are an opportunity for clients to explore their feelings, thoughts in a safe environment and to explore other perspectives
