My office is a safe space where you can pause and allow yourself to feel and heal. A place where you can be honest about where you are and find the next steps for where you want to go. A place to find hope.

I specialize in supporting women, parents, children and faith-based counseling. My office is a safe space for you to share where you (or your child) are and the challenges you're facing.

Together we will make a personalized plan forward, taking one step at a time, using an approach that fits you and your goals, and celebrating your successes along the way! Life doesn't have to feel this way. You can find healing, change that pattern, work through that loss, or allow others to help. You can enjoy life again, knowing you have the tools to cope with the hard and be fully present to enjoy the good.
