I understand how challenging life can be at times and we can be our strongest critics. My purpose is to help others work through through the most difficult times or seasons in their lives. I aim to help you see your value, worth and help you be your best self. My experience consist of working with adolscents, children and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and self-harm.

Every client is different and will receive individual treatment according to needs, I use most often Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as DBT and Motivational Interviewing. My practice aims to create first a warm and welcoming approach, building that relationship is essential. I will met you where you are and help you develope the tools and strategies needed to be your best self.

Every client should feel they are working towards their goals established and able to identify tools needed to met those goals.
