Great to meet you!

Therapy is a powerful and empowering tool for navigating life’s challenges, and I’m passionate about helping people heal in a safe, supportive, and accepting environment. With over a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, I’ve dedicated my career to walking alongside others on their path toward growth, and self-discovery.

Outside the therapy room, I find grounding and inspiration in the great outdoors. Whether snowboarding down a mountain, camping under the stars, or hiking with my dog, nature helps me stay present and connected to the world around me.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique journey. I believe healing happens when people feel truly seen and heard, and creating that space is at the heart of my work.

Throughout my journey in the mental health field, I’ve developed a deep and lasting commitment to understanding and addressing the complexities of anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and suicidal thoughts. My extensive training in these areas has equipped me with the expertise and empathy needed to support individuals through some of their most vulnerable and challenging moments.

What you can expect from me

I firmly believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Each person’s experience, background, and goals are unique. It’s my responsibility to honor that individuality by collaborating closely with clients in the therapeutic process. I’m continuously inspired by the resilience and strength of those I work with, and it’s a true honor to witness their transformation as they move toward a more fulfilled and balanced life.
