I’m Crystal Ortiz, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, and families. I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Counseling and Criminal Justice and am pursuing my doctorate in trauma and co-occurring disorders.
