Great to meet you!

Crystal is a board-certified PMHNP with over 15 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field. She offers specialized psychiatric mental health evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning to support her clients’ mental health journeys.

Her passion lies in empowering individuals to improve their mindset, behavior, and overall well-being through personalized care.

My approach to therapy

Clients often tell me they feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for in our work together. I bring a calm, non‐judgmental presence and a collaborative style—you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

My approach blends evidence‐based psychiatric care with integrative practices, cultural humility, and a strong respect for your values, identity, and lived experiences. Whether we’re exploring medication options, processing lived experiences, or building new coping skills, my goal is always the same: to support you with clarity, compassion, and practical steps forward.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a first session that feels structured, calm, and genuinely collaborative. I take time to understand what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope will change. We’ll explore your history, current symptoms, strengths, and stressors at a pace that feels comfortable, without rushing or overwhelming you.

I’ll explain what to expect from treatment, answer questions openly, and work with you to create a clear plan—whether that includes therapy, medication support, integrative strategies, or a combination.

Most importantly, you can expect to be heard, respected, and treated as a whole person, not a diagnosis. The first session is the beginning of a partnership where your goals and values guide the work we do together.
