Great to meet you!

Taking the step to seek mental health support can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, and complex mental health needs.

I have experience working across high-acuity hospital settings, partial hospitalization programs, and community-based care, which allows me to support individuals through both everyday challenges and more complex clinical situations. My goal is to create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and guided by a holistic, whole-person perspective.

I believe that effective mental health care goes beyond symptom management. I take time to understand your full experience—including stress, lifestyle, physical health, and personal goals—so we can create a plan that truly fits you. Getting to the root cause of your struggles takes time, which is why I stand by you in taking back control of your life.

I provide:

  • Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
  • Thoughtful medication management
  • Trauma-informed care that prioritizes safety and collaboration
  • Clear, supportive guidance throughout treatment

We work together to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and empowered every step of the way.
