Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with six years of private practice experience helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, and life’s challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, using evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other modalities that best fit each client’s needs. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in schools, nursing homes, and with individuals of varying abilities and backgrounds, giving me experience supporting people across all stages of life. I believe everyone has unique strengths, and sometimes those strengths simply need to be rediscovered and nurtured to help move through difficult seasons with confidence and resilience.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, supportive space to explore what has brought them to therapy. Together, we work to understand the root causes of current struggles while identifying practical steps toward healing and growth. Because no two people are alike, I tailor therapy to each individual, drawing from evidence-based approaches and other therapeutic modalities that best fit their unique needs and goals.

I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, and depression while building greater self-awareness and emotional resilience. My focus is on helping clients recognize their strengths, understand how their thoughts influence their emotions and behaviors, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth, and my role is to help illuminate the strengths they already possess as they move through life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

I believe every therapy session should end with a meaningful task for the client, whether that involves dreaming, reflecting, writing, reading, evaluating, listening, or developing greater awareness and empathy to bring into the next session. These small, intentional actions encourage continued growth between sessions and help clients stay actively engaged in their healing process. In my experience, this commitment to consistent progress—even just 1% growth each day—has been a significant factor in the success many of my clients have achieved.
