Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that I see them as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or set of symptoms. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest about your experiences at your own pace. I work collaboratively, meaning we will explore what’s going on together and build goals that actually fit your life and values. I also believe that change is possible, even when it feels slow or uncertain, and I will support you through that process without pressure or judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and focused on what matters most to you. I draw from evidence-based practices and tailor treatment to fit your unique needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful change. I also value creating a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and not judged.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll spend time getting to know what brought you in and what you’re hoping to work on. I’ll ask some simple questions about your current concerns and background so I can better understand your situation. We’ll also start talking about your goals for therapy and what you’d like support with. You don’t need to have everything figured out—this is just a starting point where we move at your pace.
