I graduated from University of Hawaii-West Oahu with a BA concentration in Psychology then continued my education for a Master's in Mental Health Counseling. I later obtained a Certificate in Play Therapy with Capella University. I worked in many different cultures and beliefs systems to become more culturally sensitive. I was a Substance Abuse counselor for over two years, worked at an RBT with children with ASD, was a Case Manager with adults with severe mental health issues and dual diagnoses. I work with all ages, experiece with LGBTQ plus community, and different belief systems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, by focusing on strengths and using a blend of techniques such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), Person-centered, motivational interviewing, and Play Therapy techniques.
