Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Army Veteran with 16 years in nursing and 3 years of psychiatric care experience. I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the emotional challenges that can come with feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike yourself. Alongside my clinical work, I participate in clinical research focused on emerging psychedelic-assisted treatments for mental health. While my practice does not provide psychedelic therapy, this experience allows me to stay at the forefront of evidence-based care while bringing curiosity, compassion, and a broader perspective to my work with clients.

Outside of my work, I enjoy music, dance, mindfulness practices, and exploring the connection between the mind, body, and personal growth. I'm accepting new patients now and I'm genuinely looking forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

I provide a collaborative, personalized approach that combines thoughtful medication management with evidence-based therapies and deeper exploration of your unique experiences. In our first sessions, we’ll take time to understand your story, your goals, your symptoms, and what has or hasn’t worked for you before. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that fits you—not just your diagnosis.

What makes my approach unique is the integration of psychiatric expertise with a focus on self-understanding, emotional flexibility, and whole-person care. I believe healing is not only about reducing symptoms, but also about helping you reconnect with your values, build resilience, and create a life that feels more aligned.

I’m passionate about this work because I believe people deserve care that recognizes both the science of the brain and the complexity of being human. My goal is to help you feel more present, empowered, and connected to yourself and the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a thorough evaluation — I'll ask a lot of questions about your history, current symptoms, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. There's no pressure, no rush, and no judgment. I want to hear your whole story so we can figure out the best next steps together.
