Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing therapy to adults, children, adolescents, and couples. I have worked across community-based, outpatient, inpatient and telehealth settings, supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and complex stressors. I am MAP certified and EFT trained, and my work is grounded in compassion, cultural humility, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I believe in meeting clients where they are and creating a space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward at their own pace.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EFT, Motivational Interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and trauma-informed care, tailoring each session to the client’s individual needs and goals. I focus on helping clients understand their emotions, identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, and develop practical coping and communication skills. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and validating environment where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, and strengthening emotional resilience.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive, comfortable and non-judgmental first session. We will spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and identifying your concerns, strengths, and goals. I aim to create a comfortable space where you feel heard and understood. The first session is collaborative and paced according to your comfort level, with a focus on building trust, providing clarity about the therapy process, and beginning to identify next steps that feel realistic and supportive.
