Crystal Smith

I am an LCSW based out of Jupiter, Florida. I have been practicing therapy since I graduated with my Master's Degree from Florida State University in 2016. I have had roles as an individual and family therapist, trauma therapist and a school behavioral health professional and have worked with a variety of age ranges. I am described as warm, open-minded, creative and passionate. My mission is to empower and encourage you to embrace your unlimited potential and become the master of your mind.

So often, we get caught up in our destructive thought patterns, fear and guilt. I am here to help you stop intrusive thoughts in their tracks and replace your worry and shame with acceptance, hope and confidence through creative coping skills, thought restructuring strategies, and a variety of treatment modalities tailored to YOU. I believe in a strengths-based approach and solutions-focused orientation focused on what we can do in the here and now to better your circumstances.

You can expect to leave our sessions feeling heard, empowered, grounded and optimistic for the future. In addition to my experience as a clinician, I am also an experienced yoga practitioner and am in my final stages of my yoga teacher training and have completed a Yoga for Trauma and Emotional Regulation training.
