Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Crystal Sobrian, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C, with more than 20 years of nursing experience. My background has given me the opportunity to care for individuals and families through many different stages of life, including times of illness, stress, loss, and major change.

I provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply unlike themselves and are looking for a place to feel heard and supported.

My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized mental health care in an environment that feels welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe mental health care should be a partnership rather than a one-size-fits-all experience. I take time to understand not only your symptoms, but also what is happening in your life, your concerns about treatment, your goals, and what matters most to you.

When medication may be helpful, I believe in discussing the options clearly so you understand the potential benefits, risks, and alternatives before making a decision together. I also value education, supportive conversation, and practical strategies that can complement medication management.

Most importantly, I want my clients to feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you as a whole person, not just a list of symptoms. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you have been experiencing, your health and mental health history, and what you would like to feel differently moving forward.

You can expect a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you have safe space to speak openly and ask questions. We will work together to identify your concerns, discuss treatment options, and begin developing a plan that fits your individual needs and goals.

My hope is that you leave your first visit feeling heard, supported, and more confident about the path forward.
