Great to meet you!

Crystal Stroh, LCSW

Hi, I’m Crystal Stroh, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, fulfilling lives. I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2016 and have experience working with individuals, families, and the geriatric population.

I take a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy, meeting you where you are and tailoring care to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. I am passionate about creating a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress management, relationship and family issues, women’s issues, and geriatric-related concerns.

My approach integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based techniques, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Strategic Family Therapy.

I look forward to supporting you in building the skills and confidence needed to thrive.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, my main focus is getting to know you and helping you feel comfortable. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so I aim to create a space where you can simply be yourself—no pressure, no expectations.

This initial meeting is really about connection and understanding. We’ll spend time talking about what brings you to therapy, where you feel you are right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as you feel ready for.

We’ll also explore your goals for therapy and what you’re looking for in this experience. Think of it as a conversation where we begin to map out what support might look like for you moving forward.

Most importantly, this first session is a chance for us to meet, talk, and start building a trusting relationship at your pace.
