Great to meet you!

I work with individuals of all ages looking to work on their mental health and/or substance misuse. My background includes a variety of settings including traditional outpatient, rehabs, jails, and crisis stabilization centers. I have completed a 15-hour course in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) and am in the process of becoming nationally certified.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that all people are capable and deserving of the opportunity to become their best selves. Each and every person has what it takes within themselves to become that version, and my focus is to work together with them on their journeys to do so. Growth and success are possible for anyone so long as they are willing to take part in that journey.

What you can expect from our first session

While I have been in this field for nearly a decade, I am continuously honored and humbled by every individual that allows me the privilege of joining them on their journeys.
