I am Crystal Washington, owner of Generational Wellness Solutions, LLC. I hold a B.S. in Child Development and M.A. in Counselor Education. After 15 years of working closely with children and their families in the school setting, it was then, in 2021 I committed to pursue my Professional Counseling Licensure and within a short time becoming NBCC. My desire to help others become the best version of themselves creates a win-win situation, as it allows me to fulfill my purpose.
My approach to counseling is solution-oriented, focusing on identifying and building upon your strengths and resources to achieve your goals. I believe in an affirming environment where your unique experiences and perspectives are valued and respected. I am open-mined and interested to learn of how I can join you on your journey. I’ll strive to understand your needs and preferences to create a collaborative and personalized therapeutic experiences.
It is my hope that clients feel a sense of empowerment and synergy that assures them that they have come to the right place to learn how to overcome challenges and navigate their live. Most of all, for clients who choose to journey or who continues to seek; it is my goal to see them leave with confidence in their ability to create meaningful changes in their life with clarity and intentionally.
