Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Crystal West, and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have worked with diverse populations across the lifespan and have enjoyed the unique aspects of each. I spent several years working with children and their families and have also spent quite a bit of time working with adults struggling with symptoms of anxiety or depression, anger, interpersonal conflict, grief, and significant life events.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy begins with trauma-informed care and includes psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and experimenting with new coping skills so you can learn better ways of interacting with the world around you.
