Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health and family nurse practitioner. My background in both specialties helps me consider the connection between your physical and emotional well-being. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, respected, and comfortable discussing your concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on your individual needs. I combine evidence-based care with open communication to understand your symptoms, experiences, and goals. Together, we’ll explore treatment options, including medication when appropriate, and develop a plan that fits your life and supports your well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know you and understand what brings you to care. We’ll discuss your concerns, medical and mental health history, current medications, and treatment goals. You’ll have time to ask questions, and we’ll work together to identify next steps so you leave with a clearer understanding of your care plan.
