Great to meet you!

As a proud double-alumna of Capella University—having earned both my MS in Mental Health Counseling and my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision (CES), I love what I do in the counseling field! I work remotely, and work with children to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship stress.

My approach to therapy

I meet people where they are in their lives, mentally and emotionally. My foster care experience strengthened my passion for supporting individuals from difficult family environments. I appreciate differences in people, and I strive to provide a safe space where healing can begin. I focus on a strengths-based approach, and tailor my therapy model to each client. I have experience with, but not limited to CBT, ACT therapy, experiential therapy, and I am an EMDR therapist.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel safe, relieved, and have a piece of peace in session. We are all in this (life) together! - I am truly grateful to have the ability to help clients from different walks of life, and empower their growth and strengths.
