Great to meet you!

Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.

I'm a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) providing evidence-based psychiatric care for adults throughout California. My background in both mental health and primary care allows me to consider the whole person not just symptoms when creating your treatment plan.

I treat adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, stress, perinatal/postpartum mental health concerns, ADHD, and life transitions. I believe the best outcomes come from a collaborative approach. During our visits, I'll take the time to understand your concerns, answer your questions, and work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your goals. Treatment may include medication management, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with therapy when appropriate.

Patients often tell me they appreciate feeling genuinely listened to. Building trust and helping you feel comfortable throughout your care is one of my highest priorities.

I provide secure telehealth appointments, making it convenient to receive care from wherever you are in California.

I look forward to helping you build lasting wellness and improve your quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in decisions about their mental health. I take time to understand your unique experiences, symptoms, goals, and overall health so we can develop a treatment plan that fits your needs.

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment may include thoughtful medication management, education about your condition, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with therapy when appropriate. My goal is not simply to reduce symptoms but to help you improve your overall quality of life and build lasting wellness.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, insomnia, postpartum mental health concerns, ADHD or overwhelming life stress, I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and taking an active role in your care.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and build a clear understanding of what brings you to treatment. We'll discuss your current concerns, symptoms, medical and mental health history, lifestyle, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I also want to understand your strengths, support system, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being.

Together, we'll review treatment options and develop a personalized plan that aligns with your preferences and goals. If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss the benefits, potential risks, and alternatives so you can make an informed decision. You'll have plenty of time to ask questions, and my goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and confident about the next steps in your care.
