Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Crystin. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I'm so glad you found your way here! I work with kids, teens, and young women, as well as youth who may be involved with the legal system, helping them work through life's tough moments and find their footing. My approach is warm, real, and always tailored to you- because not two people's journeys look the same. Whether we meet in person, online, or out in your community, my door is open and I'd love to be a part of your support system.

My approach to therapy

My style is pretty straightforward. I meet you where you are, no judgment, no pressure. Together, we'll focus on what's already working in your life and build from there, while also digging into the patterns that might be keeping you stuck. I work a lot with ADHD, school stress, and big life changes, and I especially love supporting young people and families who feel like traditional therapy just hasn't clicked for them. Every session is a collaboration because you are the expert on your own life. I'm just here to help you see it more clearly.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a little bit of: structured enough that we cover what we need to, but relaxed enough that it genuinely feels like a conversation. I'll walk you through some questions to get a good picture of where you are and what's brought you here, but there's no script we have to stick to. Your pace, your comfort, your lead. By the time we wrap up, my biggest goal is that you leave feeling like you were truly heard and that this is a space that actually feels safe to come back to. Building that trust is everything to me, because the best work we'll do together grows from that foundation first.
