Great to meet you!

I offer a grounded, compassionate space for clients navigating stress, trauma, and major life transitions. With over 15 years of experience in child welfare, substance use treatment, and working with incarcerated populations, I understand how deeply life circumstances, systems, and relationships shape a person's emotional world. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, grief, parenting challenges, relationship difficulties, women's issues, and the complex weight of addiction and recovery. My work is rooted in the belief that healing becomes possible when people feel genuinely safe, supported, and deeply heard in a relationship built on trust and mutual respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and grounded in evidence-based practices including CBT and DBT. I tailor the work to your unique experiences and goals, meeting you exactly where you are. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation of meaningful change, and I show up with genuine warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for your story. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to support your process.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you to therapy. I will listen carefully, ask questions, and make sure you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and understood. I look forward to seeing if we are a good fit.
