Great to meet you!

Let’s be honest: taking the first step to sit across from a therapist isn't easy, especially when you've been taught to just "tough it out." If you are a man carrying the heavy, exhausting weight of past trauma, constant anxiety, or a recent loss, I want you to know that you don't have to white-knuckle your way through life anymore. I specialize in helping men face their toughest challenges head-on, unpack the things they've kept buried, and build a life that actually feels rewarding to live.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is direct, collaborative, and entirely conversational. I don’t sit in silence nodding or checking a clock. I bring genuine compassion, a healthy dose of humor, and an inquisitive, active approach to every session. We will look at what is holding you back with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we will figure out why you are feeling stuck and map out a practical, no-nonsense path forward.

What you can expect from me

To help you get measurable relief, I combine deep conversational insight with powerful, evidence-based tools that treat the brain and body. I am fully licensed as an LPC-MHSP in both Tennessee and Georgia, offering in-person therapy and secure, high-quality teletherapy tailored to your busy schedule. I'm also a Certified Advanced Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner.

You have spent enough time managing the burnout and survival mode on your own. Let’s change the narrative. I am currently accepting new clients across Tennessee and Georgia—reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation, and let's see if we are a good fit to do this work together.
