Great to meet you!

You've probably gotten really good at holding it all together, even when it's quietly been costing you. I work with teens, adults, and older adults who are carrying anxiety, depression, family strain, or the weight of past experiences that still show up in daily life. My clients are often people who are tired of managing everything on their own and are ready for a space where they don't have to perform okayness. I work with people across the full range of life stages, from adolescents navigating early stress to adults and seniors untangling patterns that have built up over years.

My approach to therapy

We move at a pace that feels steady and sustainable, never rushed and never more than you're ready for. My focus areas are anxiety and healing from past experiences, and I go deep here because I've seen how much lighter life can feel once those patterns loosen their grip. Together we'll build real insight into what you're carrying, practical tools you can use between sessions, and a stronger sense of trust in your own judgment. This work tends to fit best for people who want an active partnership rather than someone who just listens and nods, someone who brings both clinical expertise and genuine warmth to the table.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really just about comfort and connection. We'll start with a casual conversation to get to know each other, and you only share what feels right as we begin shaping a path forward together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before you walk in. If any of this sounds like where you are right now, I'd love to hear from you and see if we're a good fit.
