Great to meet you!

I appreciate how hard it is to even start looking for help. I'm glad you're here.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in California, where I was born and raised. I have trained and worked in a variety of settings from the VA and community mental health to startups. I enjoy working with adults and older adults on issues of grief/loss, life-transitions, relationship stress, parenting, people pleasing, and more.

My approach to therapy

I pull from attachment theory, ACT, EFIT, and CBT, based on client need. I take a strengths-based and relational approach to therapy that centers your life context, inner wisdom, and values. We all have the capacity to navigate hardships, heal, and emerge stronger, more resilient, and empowered in our lives. I truly believe that our patterned ways of coping with life's challenges were protective and adaptive at one time, even if they are no longer serving us.

What you can expect from me

We will work collaboratively to define what you're seeking and move you towards the life you want. The therapeutic relationship is one of the key factors in us reaching your goals. I will show up curious, engaged, and compassionate, always aiming for you to feel seen and understood. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment that promotes vulnerability and the space for deep exploration in service of connection to self and others.
