Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Cylest Lyles, LMFT. I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and neurodivergence. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, often using CBT and creative coping strategies to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and person-centered techniques to help clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also incorporate mindfulness and creative strategies when helpful, especially for clients who process best through experiential approaches. Above all, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can use in daily life. Together, we’ll work on building healthier thought patterns, improving coping skills, and strengthening self-awareness. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges openly while moving toward greater balance, confidence, and resilience.
