Great to meet you!

Some seasons of life ask more of you than you ever expected, and somewhere along the way you stopped feeling like yourself. I work with teens, parents, and adults who are moving through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship strain, and the heavy stretches that come with big life transitions. I care deeply about supporting LGBTQIA+ and transgender clients, and families who want to understand and show up for one another a little better. So much of this work is simply remembering that you do not have to carry any of it alone.

My approach to therapy

Together we work toward a clearer sense of who you are and what you actually want, rather than just getting through the week. Our sessions are built around your story, because you are the expert on your own life and my role is to help you surface the strengths that are already there. For parents and new mothers especially, that often looks like finding steadier footing, rebuilding confidence, and learning to set down some of the guilt you have been carrying. Clients who do best with me tend to want a real partner in the process, someone who will be honest and warm at the same time. By the time we find our rhythm, you will have practical ways to cope and a renewed belief in your ability to handle whatever comes next.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. We will talk about what brought you here, what you are hoping for, and a bit of your history, with zero pressure to have any of it figured out yet. My hope is that you leave that first conversation feeling a little lighter and clearer about how we might work together. If this sounds like the kind of support you have been looking for, I would love to hear from you and walk alongside you on this next part of your journey.
