Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Cyndia Milord-Giordani, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC.

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and improve their emotional well-being. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My background includes years of clinical experience in medical and psychiatric care, and I’m committed to helping clients understand their mental health and take meaningful steps toward stability and healing. I’m fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, and I take pride in offering culturally sensitive care.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience working with adults and adolescents managing conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and ADHD.

I take the time to listen, understand your goals, and work together to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and needs. This may include a combination of medication management, supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and coordination with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and with a clear understanding of your mental health journey. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns openly and without judgment.

Over time, you can expect to gain not only symptom relief but also deeper self-awareness, improved confidence in managing challenges, and a better overall sense of well-being. I strive to ensure that every session offers practical tools, personalized guidance, and a sense of partnership — so you always feel like you have an advocate on your side.

Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, mood instability, or life stressors, my goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and empowered every step of the way.

Seeking help is a courageous first step, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
